This project centered on the design, formation, and launch of a specialized business platform in the international travel and hospitality space. The client, a discreet venture group sought to position itself as a mid-layer facilitator between regional travel agencies and high-value international markets, with the United States as the operational anchor.

Working from a zero-state, The Old Eagles LLC provided full-cycle support: from legal structuring and go-to-market planning to investor positioning and partner readiness. The goal was not merely market entry, but market fit—built on credibility, regulatory clarity, and commercial alignment.
